How can I view the Deutschland ticket subscription at DSW21?
The entire administration of the Deutschland ticket subscription with DSW21 takes place via the Customer Account (https://meinabo.dsw21.de/en/subscriber/login) in the DSW21 portal. At the Order form you have entered an e-mail address and password. Log in with this data.
These credentials are not the credentials for logging in to the billyard app!
Under the menu item Subscription overview you can view your Deutschland ticket subscription.

At this point, you can also change your subscription, i.e. book additional products, cancel or retrieve certificates.
You can make the following changes in the DSW21 customer account:
- Change and termination of the subscription
- Change of personal data including bank details
- Change of access data for the DSW21 account
- Delete DSW21 account
