Who is the provider DSW21 and who is my contractual partner?
Dsw21is the transport company in Dortmund. The Dortmund Stadtwerke are part of the Rhine Ruhr transport network (
Vrr) in North Rhine-Westphalia.
Billyard has entered into a cooperation with DSW21. The cooperation enables companies to offer their employees the Deutschlandticket fully automated. The Deutschlandticket is always valid nationwide.
Thus, employees outside Dortmund can also use the ticket anywhere in their home town - and nationwide.
Depending on the mobility subsidy provided by the companies, the Deutschlandticket can be ordered from the employees at a discounted price. The ticket data is automatically transmitted from DSW21 to billyard, so no document has to be submitted by the employee in order to receive the mobility subsidy each month.
