How do I order the Germany ticket via billyard?
You can order the Deutschland ticket from the DSW21 (Dortmunder Stadtwerke) via your smartphone or computer.

Ordering the "Deutschland-Ticket" as a mobile ticket
If you want to have the Deutschland ticket as a mobile ticket, you must first install the DSW21 app and register in advance.
To order the mobile ticket, follow these instructions:

After your successful registration, you will receive a PIN via SMS. The login always works via your mobile phone number and the PIN you received via SMS.
3. Then start the ordering process via your billyard app. A note appears that when you want to have the Deutschland-Ticket as a mobile ticket for your smartphone, you must create an account in the DSW21 app in advance.

4. Choose a start date, as the day the Deutschland-Ticket starts being valid.
Please note the order deadline! If you want a ticket for the following month, make sure to order the ticket before the 20th of the current month.
For people living in North Rhine-Westphalia, an "additional product" could be interesting. These can be found under "Zusatzprodukt" and ordered together with the Deutschland-Ticket.
5. Choose the Output medium for your Deutschland-Ticket. You can choose between chipcard or as a mobile ticket for your smartphone.
6. After selecting the mobile ticket, a window opens to enter your login data from step no. 2. - (Enter your mobile phone number and PIN received via SMS).
7. After that you will automatically redirected to the order form to enter your personal data.
When entering your personal data, pay attention to:
The specified Personalnummer/billyard-Code must not be changed! This number is used to assign your ticket to your account in order to automatically transfer the data of the ticket to billyard and to reimburse your employer's subsidy.
8. With your e-mail address and password, you can create an account with DSW21 during the ordering process, which allows you to manage your subscription. (Change account details and personal data, cancel subscription, etc. - (see: How can I manage the Deutschland ticket subscription with DSW21?)
Then click on the button "Weiter zur Zusammenfassung".

9. You will see the summary of your order. Please check all details here again.
10. Click "Abo kostenpflichtig bestellen" to finish the order.
You will now see the confirmation of the order, in addition you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all details. Once the order has been processed by the DSW21, you will receive another email to complete registration for your customer account. Before the second confirmation email, you won't be able to log in to your customer account with the DSW21.
If you order the Deutschland-Ticket as a mobile ticket, you also have to activate your customer account with DSW21. Only then can the mobile ticket be provided for the app.
Ordering a Deutschlandticket as a chipcard
1. You start the ordering process via your billyard app. You may ignore the notice for ordering the mobile ticket when ordering the chipcard.

Ordering via a computer
To complete the order, you need the link to the order page. In order for you to easily transfer the order page of the DSW21 to your computer, there is a possibility to send an email with the order link. The e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you used to log in to billyard. It may be more convenient for you to place the order via the computer.
Even if you place the order via your computer, the data of the Deutschland ticket for the employer subsidy to the Deutschland ticket will be automatically transferred to the billyard app.
Just click on "SEND NOW" at the bottom of the page to send the mail with the data.
