How can I manage the "Deutschland-Ticket" subscription with DSW21?

The entire administration of the Deutschlandticket subscription with DSW21 takes place via your Customer account in the DSW21 portal.
You cannot access your customer account via the DSW21 app. To do this, you must enter https://meinabo.dsw21.de/de/subscriber/login in a browser.

In the order form you entered an e-mail address and password. Log in with this data.
These credentials are not the credentials for logging into the billyard app!

You can make the following changes in the customer account:
  1. Change and termination of the subscription
  2. Change of personal data including bank details
  3. Change of access data for the DSW21 account
  4. Deletetion of the DSW21 account

Your subscription

Here, you can change your subscription, i.e. book additional products, cancel or retrieve certificates.

You can make a change or cancel the subscription up to the last of a month for the following month.

Personal data

Here, you can change your personal data. You can also change your bank details for direct debit procedure.

A change of personnel number is not possible! The personnel number is required to assign it to your billyard account. That is the only way, that the Deutschlandticket can be used for your employer's mobility subsidies!


Access data

Here, you can change your access data to your DSW2 account.
This does not affect your login data for logging into the billyard app!

Registration

Here, you can delete your DSW21.
Your Deutschlandticket as a smart card or mobile ticket remains valid even after deletion. However, you can no longer make any changes to your subscription online.
