Termination at DSW21 (Dortmunder Stadtwerke)

The termination can be made via theClient Areaunder item "Subscription overview" with DSW21. (see also:How can I manage the Deutschlandticket subscription with DSW21?)

With the provider DWS21, you can cancel your contract by the 20th of the previous month.

Notes
If you have a smart card as a medium, you must send it back to DSW21. Otherwise, 10 Euro fees will be charged!
