At the end of each previous month (the last day of each month), the mobile tickets are automatically delivered for the following month. You don't have to do anything. The mobile ticket can always be found under the option "Meine Tickets" in the DSW21 app or under "Gekaufte Tickers" in the HandyTicket Deutschland app.
