What needs to be on a receipt so that I can submit it?

What must be on a receipt?

The receipt/ticket must clearly show: 

Public transport subsidy

  1. the ticket issuers or the transport association
  2. the date of purchase
  3. the validity of the ticket
  4. the amount of the ticket

In some cases, you can submit your proof with a bank statement. The aforementioned points must be recognizable on the bank statement. 

If you do not have proof, please ask your transport association. They will usually provide a receipt for you. 

Food subsidy

  1. Receipt Issuer/Shop
  2. Purchase date
  3. The receipt amount
  4. The purchased products/positions
