What needs to be on a receipt so that I can submit it?
What must be on a receipt?
The receipt/ticket must clearly show:
Public transport subsidy
- the ticket issuers or the transport association
- the date of purchase
- the validity of the ticket
- the amount of the ticket
In some cases, you can submit your proof with a bank statement. The aforementioned points must be recognizable on the bank statement.
If you do not have proof, please ask your transport association. They will usually provide a receipt for you.
Food subsidy
- Receipt Issuer/Shop
- Purchase date
- The receipt amount
- The purchased products/positions
