The receipt check takes a very long time. Why?

It may happen that the readout cannot be done by machine. In this case, a billyard employee will look at the receipt so that you receive it back as error-free as possible.

We recommend that you close the app as soon as you have submitted your receipt, and confirm your open receipts as soon as you want to upload new ones.
