Why was one of my receipts subsequently discarded?
This can have different reasons. Click on the receipt in the receipt list. There you will find a pink box at the top indicating why the receipt was discarded.
If this note is missing, the receipt has been discarded by your employer and not by billyard. In this case, please contact the responsible person in your company.
