The "Deutschland-Ticket" is issued exclusively digitally. That means you can get it on a smart card or as a mobile ticket for your smartphone. Which output medium is offered depends on the respective provider.
An exhibition in the form of a paper ticket is not provided by the legislature!

With DSW21 provider you can order the "Deutschland-Ticket" as a mobile ticket or smart card.

Mobile ticket
The mobile ticket is provided in the DSW21 app or mobile ticket app.
