Your account remains the same as before, you just have to install the app on the new phone. You can find instructions here:

If I want to take a photo, the screen stays black. What do I need to do?
Your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Samsung Internet, etc.) does not have permission to access the camera. Please check the app permissions for the browser you want to use billyard with and grant the browser access to the camera.
