How to install the WebApp on an iPhone

In order to have quick and easy access to the billyard WebApp permanently, we recommend that you add it as an icon on your home screen. In the following instructions, we explain how to do the set up in less than two minutes.

Scan the displayed QR code with your iPhone and open the displayed link:

Simply open the camera app on your iPhone and point it at the QR code shown above. The yellow markings indicate that your iPhone recognizes the code and displays a yellow notification with the text “billyard.de” under the QR code. You can simply click on this to open the WebApp in Safari.

Should you have an older iPhone without a QR code function in the camera app or if you call up this page via the iPhone, you can also call up the WebApp manually - more on this in the following paragraph.

Just click on the iPhone app with the compass.

This app is the Safari web browser, i.e. the application that allows you to surf the Internet on your smartphone.

In the next step, simply type the name of the website (siemens-energy.billyard.de) into the Safari address bar.

Welcome to the WebApp

You almost made it. To be able to access our WebApp easily and simply, you can save our app icon on your home screen - just like you are used to from your other apps.

Simply click on the share icon at the bottom of the Safari screen. We have enlarged this icon here:

Add to Home screen

Click on: “add to home screen” to add the billyard icon as a “quick link” on your home screen. 

Confirm with "Add"

You have made it! The billyard WebApp is now on your screen and can be opened with the touch of a finger like any other app - so easy!
