There are no statutory maximum limits for the public transport subsidy, so the full amount is always taken into account. In the case of term tickets (monthly, annual tickets), the ticket value may be divided between different months.

For the food subsidy, a maximum of 5.10€ is credited for receipts with a time of up to 11 a.m. (breakfast). From 11 a.m. onwards, a maximum of 6.90€ (lunch or dinner) is credited.
