How do I convert my chipcard into a mobile ticket?

You have the option to convert your existing subscription as a chipcard into a mobile ticket.

Warning
Attention:The chipcard loses its validity after conversion. Only one output medium can be used at a time!

1. 1. First, please install the DSW21 app on your smartphone:

The login to the DSW21 app works via your mobile phone number and the PIN.
4. Please go to "My profile" and then to "Activate as HandyTicket".



5. 5. At "Customer number" Enter your customer number from your chipcard. After that, tick "I have a JobTicket" and put in "7008701" as "Framework contract number".

6. If you have added your personal information, click on the " button "Activate HandyTicket".

7. Under "Ticket - My Tickets" you can open the mobile ticket as a barcode directly afterwards.
