How can I display the mobile ticket in the "HandyTicket Deutschland App"?

If you have ordered the "Deutschland-Ticket" via the issuing medium "Handyticket" from DSW21, you can display the ticket as follows:

Installation of the "HandyTicket Deutschland App"

Download the HandyTicket Deutschland App via your respective app store.

The app can be found under the search term "HandyTicket Deutschland".

The following illustrations show the app on an Android smartphone. On iPhone, the procedure is comparable.

Start the HandyTicket Deutschland app

Launch the app. A selection of transport region appears. Enter in the search "Dsw21" , the entry "Dortmund/Rhein-Ruhr (DSW21)" is displayed. Click on this entry. You can also find this entry in the list under "Rhein-Ruhr (VRR)".

Log in / Log out

All you have to do is log in, so that the mobile ticket can be retrieved. Click on the option "Einstellungen".

Then click on the top option "Login/Registrierung".

Now enter your mobile number and the PIN code that you received by SMS when ordering the "Deutschland-Ticket".

Then click on the button "Anmelden".

You are now logged into HandyTicket Deutschland app and you can now view your "Deutschland-Ticket" under the option "Gekaufte Tickets".

View your mobile ticket

Once you have logged in, you can always view your "Deutschland-Ticket" under the option "Gekaufte Tickets" in the HandyTicket Deutschland app.

The ticket is not available under the item "D-Ticket u. Abo bestellen"!
