How can I display the mobile ticket in the "DSW21 App"?

If you have ordered the "Deutschland-Ticket" as the issuing medium "Handyticket" from DSW21, you can display the ticket as follows:

Installation of the DSW21 app

Download the DSW21 app from the respective app store.

The app can be found under the search term "DSW21".

The following illustrations show the app on an Android smartphone. On iPhone, the procedure is comparable.

Start DSW21 App

Launch the app. Permissions are queried at the first start. Only no authorization must be granted to display the "Deutschland -Ticket".

Choose best page "Main Menu" After launching the app, the main menu will immediately be displayed, through which you will directly access your "Deutschland-Ticket".

Log in / Log in

You must log in so that the mobile ticket can be retrieved.

Click on the menu item "Account/Login".

Then click on the top entry "Login/Registration".

Now enter your mobile number and the PIN code that you received by SMS when ordering the "Deutschland-Ticket".

Then click on the button "Log in".

You are now logged in to HandyTicket Deutschland and can take the "Deutschland-Ticket" under the item "Tickets purchased" retrieve

Once you have registered, you can use the "Deutschland-Ticket" directly under the menu item "My tickets" in the DSW21 app.
