Employees cannot upload receipts

If an employee cannot upload documents via the billyard app, which means that the camera button is missing in the app, this may have the following issues:
  1. Start date (date from) of the employee which is specified in his user data under the tab details is in the future
  2. An Exit date (date to) in his User data under the tab details is in the past
  3. The benefit will start in the future for the entire company or for the group to which the employee is assigned
A person of the company who has administrative rights may change the start and end date of the user in the Corporate Account. To do this, click on Last name in users admin (Benutzer-Pflege) and click on the tab details.
