Document is not uploaded. The message "Pending upload" is displayed on the document. What can I do?

Uploading a receipt does not work. It is called status "Upload pending" displayed and at the top as an error
No photo of the document has been transferred to the server yet.
Quit the billyard app and try uploading the receipt again.

To exit an app on iPhone:

iPhone X and newer

  1. Swipe up on the home screen from the bottom of the screen and leave the finger in the middle of the screen.
  2. Swipe right or left to find the app to close.
  3. Swipe up the app to close it.

iPhone SE, iPhone 8 and older and iPod touch

  1. Press the Home button twice to view the last apps used.
  2. Swipe right or left to find the app to close.
  3. Swipe up the app to close it.

To exit an app on a smartphone with Android operating system:

  1. Android smartphones display three navigation buttons at the bottom of the display: "Back" (triangle icon), "Home" (circle or square icon) in the middle and "Applications" (three-strokes or square icon).
  2. Tap the Application button (square icon or three-stroke icon).
  3. You can now see all opened apps side by side to browse through.
  4. Swipe your finger to the right or up - this depends on the smartphone to finish the respective app. Some smartphones also display a cross on the respective app for closing.
  5. Often there is also a button "Close all apps". With one click on it, all currently running apps are terminated

If the document upload still does not work, please turn off the Wi-Fi and try uploading via a mobile data connection.
