On what days can I submit receipts?
You can submit all receipts with a receipt date on a working day. It does not matter how long you worked on that day. Your employer has given us your regular working days in advance (e.g. Monday to Friday).
When and how do I receive the subsidies?
You will receive the subsidies via your paycheck in the following month (e.g. for receipts / tickets submitted in May you will receive the subsidies with the paycheck of June).
How do I upload a receipt?
Yes, the app must remain open during the upload, otherwise it may be stopped. The app can then be closed during the receipt / ticket check.
